BP004345: Human LRP-6 Protein with the C-mFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Human LRP-6 Protein, (amino acids Ala20-Pro630) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human LRP-6 protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 95.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human SOST protein with the C-mFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human LRP-6 protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 0.17 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human LRP-6 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
